you're sold out of something i really wanted, will it restock?
All of my work is one of a kind! Unfortunately, this means that once something is sold out, it’s sold out for good, and won’t be returning to the shop. I am currently only able to restock cards (but even those are made individually, so there are some small differences between them).
In some circumstances, I really vibe with a certain subject matter/colour scheme for a while, so I’ll do a few similar ones. I can’t make everybody happy, but I’m always down to hear a suggestion. If there’s something in particular that you were looking for, consider reaching out to me for a commissioned piece made just for you!
i have a question about my order! how can i contact you?
Whatever the reason, the best way to get a hold of me is by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This goes for if you have a question about the status of your order, the delivery timeline, or are unhappy with the condition in which you received it.
For orders that are being shipped, I cannot control what happens to them after I bring them to the post office. I do want to ensure that you are happy with what you ordered, and will work to resolve any issue in a reasonable and compassionate way.
do you take requests for commissioned work?
I do! Check out my commission request page for my availability, and for what information I need from you. I do not currently accept requests for pet or family portraits, but I am more than happy to recommend other artists who do.
I always love doing house portraits and interpretations of cute photos you've taken of sunsets, forest walks, and views from the dock at your cottage!
where do you ship to?
I currently only offer shipping to Canada and the US. If you're interested in my work but you live elsewhere, please shoot me a message and we'll work something out!
